Description
A long hunters knife, This is an amalgamation of long hunters knives of the 1700s used by the long hunters in the Appalachian mountains. The long hunters gathered deer hides over a long number of months and brought back the raw hides called a “Buck.” The hides would be traded for goods and currency. It is where we get the term “a buck” from.
This item is engravable on the blade, making it great for clubs, associations, or gatherings.
