We will sincerely do our best to give you the proper fit. Returned shoes must be in saleable condition. While trying on a new pair of Fugawee shoes, please wear them on a carpet or soft footing in case the shoe needs to be returned for a different size or refund. Just imagine how you would react if you received shoes with holes in the latchets or wear on the soles.

Footware returned for size exchange OR refund MUST:
Be in like new condition, no scuff marks on the soles, with no holes in the leather and it has to be purchased from Fugawee Corp. If you purchased your footwear from a dealer, you need to contact the dealer you bought them from for size exchange or refund.
If returning for exchange: The return should be within 30 days. Please put a note in the returned shoes of the size you wish to have with a copy of the invoice/invoice number (just call if you need it). The exchange will be made and “we will pay” the postage back to you if it is a USA address.
If the return is for a refund: The return should be within 30 days. We will refund the returned items once they have been accepted OR as soon as we are able. Refunds are for returned items only and not for any incurred shipping cost. If the return is not received within the 30 days, a 15% re-stocking charge, for regular stock items, will be deducted from the refund. This is for individual orders ONLY. If you are a theatre or production company and more than 50% stock is returned there will be an automatic 25% restocking fee.
